President Reagan had it right: “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”

We live in uncertain times.  Too often government overpromises and under delivers, and the families of Virginia pay the price.

Ben believes that every Virginian and every American has the right to make the most of their God-given talents and abilities, and that while government can make a positive business environment to encourage job creation, too often its burdens, regulations and taxes have the opposite effect.

Ben believes in the promise of America and in our Founders’ vision of freedom and liberty, and Ben understands that freedom can be fleeting.  We must defend it and protect it to preserve it.

We must stand f or small business. We must stand for our military. We must stand for the Constitution. We must stand for freedom and we must stand for the American Dream.
