Ben Loyola Leads Republican Field in the 2nd
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA; October 17, 2009 - Ben Loyola announced his fundraising numbers today, finishing his first quarter of fundraising with $536,513 on hand.
This number ranks among the elite in the entire country amongst Republican challengers for the quarter.
Ben’s Statement;
“In order to beat Glenn Nye, you need four things. In the district that boasts the largest military population in the country,
you need a veteran with unquestioned credentials. In this economic climate, you need a small business owner who understands how to create jobs.
You need a principled Conservative, someone who will abide by the Constitution. Lastly, you need someone with the resources to defeat Glenn Nye.
I’m a conservative, 30-year veteran and small business owner and am committed to bringing whatever resources necessary to
the table in order to communicate my message of low taxes, jobs creation, and a strong military to the 2nd District.”
Chris Woodfin, Strategist for the Loyola Campaign
“You can have the best message in the world but without the resources to reach the people your campaign is unsuccessful.
Ben is committed to putting the time and resources together to win and to change the way things are done in Washington.
The people of the 2nd district deserve better representation than they are receiving.”
Ben Loyola is a candidate for the Republican nomination in Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District. He’s a 25-year resident of Virginia Beach, 30-year Navy combat veteran, successful businessman, and Conservative Republican.
